Shipping policy

As we're currently running on an extremely lean team, orders will be dispatched within about 7 business days of receiving the payment. 

Modes of delivery

Normal shipping: Flat fee of S$5 per order for normal shipping within Singapore. Free shipping on orders over S$80

Park N Parcel; locker to locker for all orders - Please email your preferred Pick Up Point, Name and Contact Number to contact@elliesgreenmart.com within 48 hours upon placing the order -- Otherwise the items will be delivered via normal shipping.

There is a size and weight restriction for the Park N Parcel service. We will contact you for alternative arrangement should the size/weight exceed the restriction. 

International shipping: Shipping to countries other than Singapore - contact us for rates.

Employees of National Cancer Centre Singapore and Singapore General Hospital: We provide free delivery to both sites on a bi-weekly basis. After payment, please drop us an email with below details: Name, Department, SGH/NCCS.
